Dive Bell Vessel

The challenge

A dive bell vessel combines a demanding working deck, launch-and-recovery equipment and tight structural margins. The yard needed detail engineering it could build from directly, with production support throughout.

Our approach

We delivered structural and outfitting detail design in 2D and 3D, developed into shop drawings ready for fabrication. Throughout construction we stayed close to the yard, resolving production questions as they arose.

The result

A clean, buildable engineering package — and a vessel that went together with fewer surprises on the shop floor.
